Music has always been a big part of my life. Guitars, amps, pedals have never really felt like gear to me. They’re how I relax, clear my head, and connect with people.
I’m a lover of all gear, modern and vintage, and I’m drawn to sounds that let me play freely and explore the music. Whether it’s a great guitar, a clean amp turned up a little, or a pedal that becomes part of your sound, I’m into anything that inspires improvisation and keeps me discovering new ideas.
This site is where I share that. The gear I love, the stories behind it, and the music that keeps pulling me back in.
Vinnie
Growing up, music was always a big part of my household, and I tend to listen to music differently because of it. Guitar was introduced to me at a young age, and I’ve loved it ever since. Hearing new songs on the radio with a family that taught me to have a balanced diet in my music was the inspiration for all of this.
FretWood is site where I can share the gear we trust, the sounds that shaped us, and the inspiration that keeps us picking up the guitar every day.
